Kat Dias brings over a decade of experience as a municipal law enforcement officer in the animal services department, where she developed a strong foundation in public service, communication, and problem-solving. Her passion for real estate was sparked after purchasing her first income property, an experience that opened her eyes to the opportunities and impact of smart property investment.

In 2025, Kat became a licensed real estate professional and quickly joined the Sullivan Team—an easy decision after working alongside them professionally for over ten years. Drawn to their proven results and strong sense of community, she is proud to be part of a team that values both performance and relationships.

Kat is dedicated to helping clients navigate the real estate market with confidence, integrity, and personalized care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing soccer, snowboarding, and being around all types of animals.
